Kylie Class of 2012 | Corvallis, Oregon Senior Photography

Remember Deborah and Luke from last month? Kylie is Deborah’s sister (don’t they look alike!?) Kylie is a senior this year at Stayton Highschool and we got together today to take photos to commemorate her senior year. I had so much fun with Kylie, she should totally be a model, she’s a natural at posing and has a gorgeous twinkle in her eye. We spent a lot of time laughing as we walked around downtown Corvallis and an area park. We wanted to reflect her style and personality and I think her photos do just that, ranging from traditional and feminine to fun and edgy!

If you are interested in booking a senior session that reflects your style, contact me for a no-obligation consultation. I’d love to talk to you about how we can make your senior photos fun and easy!

Feel free to leave Kylie or I a comment here if you like, then make sure you head over to the Facebook page and check out the rest of her photos! Don’t forget to click ‘like’ while you are there, there will be some giveaways and coupons coming up and you won’t want to miss out!

Mervin and Heather | Albany Oregon Wedding Photography

Merv and Heather tied the knot on Sunday in a beautiful ceremony at Albany Mennonite Church
followed by a rocking reception at Cappies Brewhouse in downtown Albany. Merv and Heather’s wedding was an absolute privilege to shoot. I love my job because I get to spend lots of time with couples who are happy and in love, you could actually see joy radiating from Merv and Heather on their wedding day and I’m so blessed that I got to capture that!

Although Sunday was a bit dreary, windy and rainy, the entire wedding party toughed it out and we got some fun outdoor shots. Thanks to the groomsmen for making a last minute run to the store for umbrellas!

Thank you Merv and Heather for including me in your special day, I’m so happy for you both. Don’t forget to check out Facebook where you can see more photos!

Sarah, Shawn and Grayson | Keizer Oregon Engagement and Family Photography

This has been a busy weekend for me, two weddings and a few sessions that I was trying to squeeze in before the rain started. Sarah and Shawn’s shoot was squeezed in for a whole different reason; on Sunday Shawn will be leaving for Afghanistan for 13 months. Leaving behind his fiance’ Sarah and 11 month old son Grayson. Sarah and Shawn wanted to get some family photos and engagement photos before his deployment. Sarah wanted to make sure she had some photos of Shawn and Grayson together so that she has something to point to and show Grayson his dad. Grayson was the happiest baby I think I’ve ever seen, he’s grinning or laughing in every shot.
You guys were an absolute joy to shoot, thank you so much for sharing this emotional and beautiful time in your lives with me. My prayers are with all of you during the next year.

Thank you, Shawn, for your service.

Usually when I start editing a session there are a select few that jump out to me as favorites,I honestly don’t think I could pick a favorite from this session! I got a little carried away, in fact there are 40 (yes FOURTY!) photos from their session on facebook so head over there and check the rest of them out.
Before you leave though, leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite photo here is. I’m sure Sarah and Shawn would love to see your comments to them as well!
