I’ve been looking forward to Jenn & David’s wedding ever since their crazy rainy engagement session last December. Remember that blog post?! Those two are up for anything and I knew their wedding at Green Villa Barn would be a wonderful reflection of their personalities.

Ballenger Family | Gender Reveal with Paint!

Do you remember a few months ago when I talked about my GOALS for 2013? Goal #2 was to shoot a gender reveal. So when I got an email from Keri asking if I would be interested in shooting her family’s gender reveal paint war I squealed with excitement! (no, seriously I did- you can ask Andrew!) Of course I was interested! I met up with Keri, Cole and their adorable son Jacob for some family photos and then half way through I sent them off for a little walk while I opened the envelope that had been sealed by the ultrasound tech containing the gender of their baby. It’s a strange feeling being the only one that knows something that important about the lives of people you barely know! I joined up with the Ballengers and peeked inside the bottles of paint to make sure I picked out 3 bottles of BLUE paint. I handed off the carefully disguised bottles to them and the rest you can see for yourself below! Enjoy!
