Beautiful Miss Tilly (along with many others of the class of 2016) is graduating this week! I really enjoyed getting to hang out with Tilly and her boyfriend Brandon (blog post soon) to take her senior photos. Her smile is infectious and she’s a joy to spend time with. Congraulations Tilly!

Shaelynn Class Of 2016 | Albany Oregon Senior Photographer

The class of 2016 is getting ready to graduate so I thought for the next few weeks I’d share some of their senior photos! I am blessed to get to work with so many Albany area high schoolers to create senior sessions that reflect their personalities and where they’re at in this stage of their life. Shaelynn was so relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera and we had a wonderful time exploring Albany and getting some great senior photos for her.

Are you in the class of 2017? Don’t forget that senior photos are due EARLY in the fall. Book now to ensure a summer session!

Lisa & Rhema (& Kona!)’s Engagement Session | Oregon Wedding Photographer

When we showed up to the river location to shoot Lisa & Rhema’s engagement photos it was absolutely packed with boats, innertubes, dogs and people enjoying the sunny weather at the river. We tried for a bit to get our shots and then finally gave up and left searching for a less chaotic location. I knew a great Christmas tree farm just up the road so we hopped in the car and off we went. Thankfully Lisa & Rhema just go with the flow because when we pulled up to the farm we discovered ALL the trees had been cut down! I swear they had just been there a week before! Oh well, I’m okay with shooting in a field of tall grass any day. At dusk we dared go back to the river and got the entire place to ourselves. Their dog Kona was a huge fan of retrieving sticks (branches? trees?) from the river. It ended up being a gorgeous evening for photos and even thought it took a tad bit more patience than usual, the entire shoot ended up perfect. Wedding photos from these two to come soon!
