Okay, so this is slightly okay, really late. But as I’ve mentioned before, my family members tend to get back-burnered when it comes to blogging. I don’t typically shoot newborn photos – I offer lifestyle type newborn sessions or will happily refer to a photographer friend who specializes in cute, cuddly newborns. Buuuuuut when it comes to newborn family members I have a hard time saying no. So let me introduce my niece Clara when she was a few weeks old. Generally it’s a good idea to schedule your newborn photos with in the first few days of birth. But if you’ve been keeping up with the blog and read this post, you already know that Clara has a mind/schedule of her own =) I have some more recent lifestyle family session photos of Clara & her parents to post soon so you’ll be able to see what she looks like these days.

I’m a little bit behind on blogging but since Rob and Mandy have scheduled a follow up session for this Saturday I figured I should get their winter session up on the blog! I really enjoyed getting to know these two and their extended family when they booked me for a family photo session last December. Their goal was to get some family photos to use as christmas gifts for their parents. Before this session Mandy and Rob had never had photos taken together, but they got bit by the photography bug and almost immediately contacted me to set up session #2!
